1/2” Hook Tool, tool used for hollowing a small vessel with a very small opening.
Small hollowing tools: Made from 1/2" steel with removable tips, which are easily sharpened with the sharpening jig or by hand. These tools are suitable for small hollow vessels with small openings. Again these are copies of tools that I use and will fit into small openings due to the shape of the hook. Most available tools simply won't fit. The tools are approx. 12" long and furnished with 3/16" HSS cutters and hex key. They have a black oxide finish. You may use the armbrace handle, or the red handle is ideal with this small set.
